Maker: Davenport Maker's Mark: Maker's Mark: Description: The pattern, one of several in the Romantic Castles Series, is found on dinner ware and in a number of color combinations as well as in a single color. This molded plate with indented edge is printed in blue, green and black. Each shape in the service was printed in a different center pattern. As in any patten series, this border pattern of scattered hops and flower heads is always the same. This example has both a printed and impressed mark. The printed mark is uncommon and is associated with this pattern. |
