An earthenware soup plate multicolor printed with a landscape scene in the center and a pink printed border pattern with the Festoon Border Series design.   This is one of two known soup plates with the pink Festoon Border  that is multi-plate, multicolor printed using four separate engraved plates for the center pattern; one for each color; green, yellow, blue, and black.  Most of the versions of Wood’s Festoon Border Series were either printed in one or two colors.  For detail of the center pattern, see below.
