An earthenware plate printed in blue with the named view Fonthill Abbey (close view). Printed title mark. The source print for this pattern was from J. Rutter of Shaftesbury’s Delineation of Fonthill and its Abbey.  Other versions of this pattern are printed with Wiltshire added to the mark resulting in the full name Fonthill Abbey, Wiltshire.
