This dessert plate has an eight section scalloped rim.  Each section is decorated with a floral spray print and the centre is printed with a bouquet of peonies and other flowers, within a cell border.  The Bristol hard-paste factory did not produce much blue and white porcelain and only a little of this was transfer printed.
