Teapot with six lobed cartouches separated by molding and with a replacement white metal spout.  This is one of the earliest printed patterns used by Worcester.  The transfer has a black out-line which has been colored-in by hand.  The borders are diaper patterns also taken from the Chinese originals.  The source is a rare Chinese design in famille rose from the Yongzhen period (1723-1735). It was copied faithfully by Worcester.
