Source Description:

The portrait on the jug is likely to have ultimately been derived from this popular print, a hand colored etching titled John Bellingham, taken at the Session House Old Bailey, May 15th 1812. Inscribed with title, artist's name Drawn & Etcd by Dennes Dighton and Pubd as the Act directs by Dighton.
