An earthenware plate printed in blue with the Lion pattern.  The animals in the cartouches are clockwise from the top: recumbent deer, Zebra, goats, and horses.  The only identified source print for the border cartouches so far is Zebra from A Cabinet of Quadrupeds by John Church, 1805.  The Lion pattern is also found on a 12.5 inch beaded rim bowl.  A  smaller 10.62 inch bowl also exists.  The outside of the bowl features a border of stylized leaves and flowers against a diamond or crosshatch background.
