The source print, Polar Bear, is copied from A Cabinet Of Quadrupeds by John Church, 1805. The artist is Julius Caesar Ibbetson and the engraver is James Tookey.Additional Image:
Shown here is the vegetable tureen with its lid. The lid pattern is composed of stylized leaves and flowers against a diamond or crosshatch background. Notice that there is no pattern on the outside of the tureen base. The finial is a molded rose.Shape Type
