Description:

Saucer of feldspar china, from a set of cup and saucer only the cup is marked. Both pieces are printed in underglaze blue and painted over the glaze in enamel colors. The design is a conventional Chinoiserie pattern, an identical pattern has been noted marked only with the pattern name Indian Jar.  The teacup has an unusual handle shape and terminal which is illustrated.
