Description:

A porcelain saucer printed underglaze with the Temple pattern in the center framed with a painted mazarine blue border over decorated with gilded leafage. This border replaces the butterfly border commonly used with this pattern.    No factory marks.  Possibly Spode pattern number 1482. The Temple pattern was inspired by an original Chinese export porcelain painted pattern.
