Description:

This mug is decorated with two prints of shooting scenes.  One shows a design known as the Man Shooting a Gun.  It is paired on this mug with a rare print: The Man Holding a Gun.  The more usual companion print is the Man Aiming a Gun.  The three prints are discussed in Branyan, French and Sandon's book on Worcester blue and white porcelain at II.A.
